Securing one of our Support Block Offerings could help close the gap between user requests and delivering system modifications. We offer blocks of 25, 50 or 100 hours. Once the block is secured, users can call into our support line or email our support team and we will respond within 4 hours. Support requests include but are not limited to: general inquiries, field creation, report and dashboard building, page layout changes, workflow rules, validation rules, user setup, security changes, etc. When work is performed, our team logs hours against the block and a designated person on your team receives an email alerting them to time being charged against the block and what work was performed.
