Lisa Typrowicz

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry, most recently as a Senior Manager in Information Technology at  Avaya.  Throughout her career, Lisa has continuously demonstrated a track record for success in analyzing, scoping, designing and implementing IT solutions.

Lisa joined AT&T in 1988 and continued her career with two subsequent spinoffs, Lucent Technologies and Avaya Inc.  As a Senior Manager at Avaya, she held several key management positions specializing in delivering large complex business-wide global programs and projects.  Her expertise is in the financial systems arena and she was responsible for implementing multi-million dollar global financial consolidation systems utilizing SAP and Hyperion.  Additionally, Lisa was an integral member of the Joint Venture/Acquisition Team.  She successfully integrated processes and systems for Avaya’s many acquisitions.  Most recently she led a team responsible for integrating Nortel into Avaya’s financial, legal and human resource processes and systems.  Lisa also led  Avaya’s Project Management Office which managed a $200 million project portfolio.  She designed and implemented a global project governance model that significantly increased productivity and improved reporting capabilities.

Lisa graduated from Stonehill College with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration.  She is actively involved in the MS Society and American Cancer Society.  Lisa recently founded a non-profit organization called We Are Here responsible for Helping the Elderly Rest Easier by collecting various supplies and delivering them to area nursing homes.
